1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using PostManager at postmanager.duckdns.org, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. If you disagree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

PostManager is a SaaS platform that helps users manage multiple Facebook Fanpages, schedule posts, create AI-generated content and track post performance. The service integrates with the Meta Graph API in compliance with Meta Platform policies.

3. User Accounts

  • check_circleYou must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • check_circleThe Facebook account used to log in must be legally owned by you.
  • check_circleYou are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Rules

When using PostManager, you agree NOT to do the following:

closePost content that violates the law, is offensive, discriminatory or harmful.
closeUse the service to spam, defraud or spread misinformation.
closeViolate Meta's Terms of Service and Platform policies.
closeAttempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts.
closeUse the service in a way that harms the system or other users.

5. Payment & Refunds

  • arrow_rightService plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  • arrow_rightPrices may change; we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
  • arrow_rightPlans do not auto-renew — you must manually renew when they expire.
  • arrow_rightWe do not issue refunds for unused time remaining when canceling a plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create and publish through PostManager belongs to you. You grant PostManager the right to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The interface, source code and PostManager brand are our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostManager is not liable for: data loss due to events beyond our control, Meta API changes affecting features, user-published content, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us via email.
